Aesthetic Standard was founded by Courtney Vandenberg to empower medical spas, injectors, aestheticians, and plastic surgery centers with the strategy, structure, and tools to market confidently, without burnout, outsourcing, or chasing trends.
After years of working alongside high-performing aesthetic and plastic surgery practices in Scottsdale, Arizona, Courtney became a trusted expert in aesthetics marketing.
